Stress is often seen connected to substance addiction. The reason that this is happening is because the person is wanting relief from what they are dealing with. This puts some people at more of a risk for addiction because of how much stress is in their lives.
During the school year there is an increase of school sports to keep them on a set schedule. Even though they have a set schedule it can be seen how this doesn't keep students away and puts them more at risk for abuse.
Stress during the school year is inevitable. When school is in everyone is feeling the stress. Students are likely to be stressing about their school work and their grades so that they can get into a good collage. This all builds up and comes out in how they act.
